About Us

The Kondo Syokai Group, or simply Kondo Syokai, is a joint venture between Kondo Syokai Ltd (UK) and Kondo Syokai Leisure India P Ltd (India). Kondo Syokai is an international venture and the directors and managers are Indian, Japanese and English nationals. The Group bankers are the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) and all foreign business transactions are handled by Kondo Syokai Ltd (UK).

The Group has established the The Malabar Yacht Club as part of it's drive to promote yachting in India

The Joint Venture Office in Cochin is responsible for directing, coordinating and overseeing the activities of all the business divisions.

The Group's extensive facilities are in Cochin in the state of Kerala, India. They are conveniently located close to all required amenities; Cochin International Airport is only 38 km distance, and Ernakulam - the main business and manufacturing center of Kerala - is only a short drive away.
